In all our apartments the furnishing of the accommodation includes the following services that you are not paying additionally: basic furnishings of the kitchen with crockery, fridge, hob, table and chairs for all the people in the dining room and on the terrace; tools for cleaning environments in which you stay; bed linen for all beds and their change every 7 days; small and large towels for all people and their change every 7 days; toilet paper (on arrival only) and consumption of water and light.

The sea and the nearest beaches are just 100 m from the apartments, while the nudist beaches are within 600 m. The center and the shops are at 100 m, the restaurants at 220 m and sports grounds at 300 m from the houses. The main roads are 1000 m from dwellings, the station of the courier 1200 m, the ambulance 9000 m as well as the ports for ferries. The airports are those of Rijeka and Krk, airports sports are just 7 km from the house, while the airports passengers are distant 83 km.
